To establish a consistent and fair approach to issuing refunds for player registration fees.
It is the policy of Port Perry Minor Softball that:
- Refunds will be issued prior to the season start date upon request.
- All refunds will be subject to a $10.00 processing fee.
- Refunds will not be issued if requested after the season start date. This is defined as the date of the Opening Day Skills Development Clinic.
- Where a request is made for a refund after the season start date indicating exceptional circumstances, it must be presented in writing to the Executive for consideration. Refunds issued under special circumstances must have approval of the Executive
